If you have not previously registered a player within the online registration system,
you will need to create an account and enter the parent/guardian profile information
and the player profile information.  You may be able to sign in with your email address but
this does not mean you are registered as a member as your email may be in the system 
for schedule notifications only.  If you are not able to access the registration system, it is 
probably because you have not registered as a member.  

If you are registering as a member, Please NOTE that you must enter the parent/guardian profile
FIRST (not the player) or the system will not let you continue.  Once the new member
information is entered, your account is created.  You will then have to go back to the online
registration page to commence the registration process for the selected program.  Please email fyhwesite@gmail.com if you have issues or questions with the system.  

All Tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. Fees for the programs
offered are listed below in the program descriptions.   All previous tuitions must be
up-to-date. Any questions regarding balances should be addressed with the
Falmouth Youth Hockey Registrar.
 
If you are a new member to FYHL, you must also provide a copy of your player’s
Birth Certificate to the office before the player can skate.
 
You will also be required to complete consent to treat form, parent and player
ethics forms before the beginning of the each season.
 
USA Hockey Registration is available within the registration forms online. 
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER FOR THE SEASON THAT YOU ARE
GOING TO PLAY IN. FYHL and USA Hockey will not offer refunds if you
register for the wrong season. All FYHL participants, including coaches, are
required to be register with USA Hockey. You will need to register
at http://www.usahockeyregistration.com, or when filling your online
registration form. Once registered you will receive an email with a confirmation
receipt from USA Hockey, please forward a copy of the confirmation receipt,
with barcode, via email to falmouthyouthhockey@aol.com 
or drop off at the business office.  This includes all summer programs.
